Everyday Client Questions

That will depend on how much contact you would like. I meet with clients at least twice a year but sometimes more. I also normally have 2 to 3 seminars a year which clients are welcome to attend.

Statements are issued during a month that activity takes place. If there is no activity a statement will be issued every 3 months.

Yes, you can go online and indicate that you would like to get electronic statements only.

Please email or call us. We need an email address and your mother’s maiden name in order to set up access.

Unfortunately, under the government regulations we are no longer able to accept 3rd party cheques.

We need the following info:

  • Name and address
  • Banking information
  • Current earnings and approximate overall wealth
  • Marital status
  • Copy of identification, such as driver’s licence or passport
  • Social Insurance Number

This can be done electronically online.

Yes, but you will need to bank at CIBC and have online access. Please call Olga Palayeva at 604 691-7209 if you have any questions and remember to allow for at least one banking day to process.

Please complete and sign the Address Change form.

That depends on your needs. We can set up the interval several ways from monthly to annually. The longer the funds sit in the RIF the more tax free income is accumulated.
